Our Green Universe Initiative, inspired by the sacred principle from the Atharva Veda, "THE EARTH IS THE MOTHER, I AM HER CHILD," offers a visionary solution to Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) management. At its core is the Reactor Updraft Multijet Tri Fusion (RUMTF) reactor, designed to provide a self-sustaining, decentralized, and environmentally responsible method for managing hazardous waste. Here’s an in-depth look at the reactor's unique features and its contribution to waste management and environmental sustainability.

Sustainable Impact and Versatile Waste Handling

Zero Waste Generation

The RUMTF reactor processes waste in its entirety, ensuring zero waste output. All materials are converted into valuable products, such as fuel pellets, biochar, green coal, and distilled water, leaving no waste behind for landfills.

Versatile Waste Handling

The reactor can process wet, dry, and mixed waste, offering unmatched flexibility. This reduces the complexity of sorting and processing different waste types, making it easier to manage diverse waste streams.

Near Zero Landfill Requirement

By drastically reducing the need for landfills, the reactor minimizes environmental degradation associated with landfill use and contributes to more sustainable urban development.

Accreditation and Environmental Safety

Pyrolysis Tank Efficiency and Emissions Control

The reactor maintains high temperatures of over 1200°C, preventing the formation of harmful by-products like dioxins and furans, which form at lower temperatures (200°C to 400°C). A heat exchanger rapidly cools exhaust air below 200°C, ensuring safe emissions.

Ash-Trap and Air Curtain Design

The reactor includes an ash-trap with deflectors to capture particulate matter, while an air curtain ensures complete combustion before exhaust release. This results in a clean, cool exhaust that meets strict environmental safety standards.

Resource Generation from a 3-TPD Unit

The reactor generates impressive outputs, including:

  • 240 m³ of Natural Gas
  • 225 kW of Electricity
  • 260 kg of Green Coal
  • 75 kg of Ash (suitable for use in construction materials)
  • 977 liters of Distilled Water (post-carbonization and sanding)

This efficient resource recovery process not only transforms waste into high-value products but also reduces the environmental impact typically associated with waste disposal.
